1. Service Description

Smart provides AI-powered sentiment analysis for publicly traded securities. Our platform aggregates signals from news sources and generates sentiment scores to help inform investing decisions. Smart is operated by EODHD APIs.

2. Not Financial Advice

Smart is an informational tool only. Sentiment scores, alerts, backtesting results, and any other data provided are not investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell securities. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person; no sharing of credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Subscription & Billing

Free accounts have limited features. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel anytime from Settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: scrape or automatically extract data from the platform, redistribute sentiment scores commercially, attempt to reverse engineer our AI models, or use the service for market manipulation.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated sentiment scores may contain errors. Historical backtesting results do not guarantee future performance. We are not liable for investment losses based on our data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
