We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), your watchlist and alert preferences, and usage data (pages visited, features used). We do not collect or store financial account credentials or trading data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and personalize our sentiment analysis service
• Send alerts and daily briefings you have subscribed to
• Process payments for premium subscriptions
• Improve our AI models and platform experience
• Communicate service updates and security notices

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional emails), and EODHD APIs (financial data provider, our parent company). All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit, bcrypt for password hashing, and secure server infrastructure. Sentiment scores and analysis data are stored in encrypted databases.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from Settings. To request full data export or deletion, contact us at support@eodhd.com.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
